Information you choose to provide
When you submit an advisor-connection request, Aerospace Wealth collects the employer, planning situation, timeframe, email address, optional phone number, optional general notes, consent, and the page from which the request was sent.
Do not provide Social Security numbers, tax-identification numbers, account or routing numbers, credentials, exact account balances, statements, tax returns, award agreements, plan documents, or other sensitive financial records through the website.
How request information is used and shared
Aerospace Wealth uses the information to respond, understand the general planning need, and determine whether a participating financial advisor with relevant employer experience may be appropriate. When appropriate and consistent with the consent provided, the information may be shared with that advisor to coordinate an introduction.
A submission does not create an advisory relationship. Any advisor relationship would be governed by the advisor’s own firm, agreements, disclosures, and privacy practices.
Website analytics and cookies
Aerospace Wealth uses Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page use, broad device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as a successfully submitted advisor-connection request. Google Analytics may set a first-party measurement cookie. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals are disabled in the site tag.
The analytics event sent after a successful request includes the employer, general planning category, timeframe, and form location. Aerospace Wealth does not intentionally send the requester’s email address, phone number, free-form notes, account information, documents, or other submitted form content to Google Analytics.
Service providers and storage
Website hosting, analytics, and database providers process information on behalf of Aerospace Wealth so the site can operate, usage can be measured, and requests can be stored and reviewed. The initial form does not ask visitors to upload files.
Retention and choices
Request information may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate an introduction, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal or operational obligations. A requester may ask to review or delete previously submitted information by replying to a message received about the request. Browser settings and privacy tools may be used to limit or delete measurement cookies.
Security and changes
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. This policy may be updated as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version.
